 Al salam alikum wa rahmat Allah:

My name is sister Nehal and I have the privilege of working with your student in Arabic language this year.

As many of you know that this is my 12 year of teaching the Arabic language at Austin peace academy, trying to give as much of this language which considered being an amana in from of Allah SW.

my main Goals:

        1-Each student should be able to understand,

         And speak the   language through the conversation.

2-Improving their listing skills.

3-Be able to repeat the conversation that that they used to hear.

4-Be able to explain what he wants to say, or to do as an action.

5-Be able to explain his action.

6-Be able to explain how to eliminate actions.

7-Explain their feeling [happiness, sadness].

8-To use the common Arabic words.

9-To understand what he heard. In Arabic.

10- Be able to understand and memorize some verses from the Quran and Hadith.

11- Enrich the students with a new Arabic vocabulary words.

*Grading policy:

 

HW: 20%

Quizs: 40%

Class work and participation: 20%

Final Tests: 20%


 

*Make up work:

Students are responsible to find out what work was missed, completing it, and turn it on time, which is one day for each day you are absent. If you are absent for a test, you must make it up within 2 days of your return, otherwise you will have a zero grade for the test and HW missing.
