MEDIA CENTER HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday - Thursday 8:20am-4:40pm
Fridays 8:20 am - 3:40pm
The Media Center is available for students to check out books, search the Internet, work on projects using the computers, print, study, and browse shelves or periodicals.
The Media Center is open for students every school day for a class visit (with teacher), small class groups (up to eight student’s per class) and individual visits. For individual and small group visits during the school day, you must have a pass from your teacher. During your visit you may check out books, do research or work on a project.
Printing Policies:
Students have access to a black and white laser printer and a color laser printer for school assignments. There is a cost for printing.
$.10 for black/white printing
$.15 for color printing
Circulation Policies:
A maximum of 2 items (book, magazine) can checked out for 2 weeks. Books may be renewed unless another student has the book on hold.
Late books will be charged .05 a day. Late charges do not accrue on weekends or holidays.
Reference books can be checked out overnight.
Late reference books and audio books will be charged .25 a day.
Students with overdue books or fines over $1.00 will not be allowed to check out any materials until the fine is paid.
