Palo Verde Social Studies

     My name is Mr. Cooper, Mr C,  Coop!  I hope you enjoy my site.  I am available for office hours before and after school.  I will be trying to keep the assignments up to date on this site.  I will also be offering additional readings and materials you will need to print out for class.

     I began my schooling at the University of Northern Colorado in 1984.  After a short sabbatical from my studies, (18 years)  I finished my degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies in 2007 at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas - Go Rebs!  I believe that social studies teaches on how to think, analyze and evaluate information and assess people.  I am currently finishing my Master degree in Educational Administration at Grand Canyon University.
