*  Skirts are navy blue A-line or pleated at or below the knee with the waist sitting at the student's waist - not on the hip.  No straight skirts, please.

*  Blouses for girls are white or light blue with oxford or peter pan collar.  Collared white or light blue knit shirts with no logos are also allowed.  All shirts must fit properly and be long enough to remain tucked into skirt or slacks.  Students are required to always have shirts tucked in.

*  Girls may also choose solid blue dress slacks that fit at the waist.  Slacks with belt loops require a black, brown, or navy blue dress belt.

*  Solid navy blue, black, or white socks/tights are allowed.  Socks must cover the ankle.  No low-cut sport socks, please!!  Middle School girls may also wear neutral colored nylons.  Socks are worn every day, including Casual Days.

*  Both boys and girls may wear solid navy blue or white collarless cardigan or pullover sweaters that are plain or cable knit.

*  Both boys and girls can wear navy blue walking dress shorts from April 1 through October 31.

*  Shoes are appropriately colored, soft-soled DRESS shoes with dark or matching ties/straps or loafers.  Please do not wear shoes that look like athletic shoes.

*  Boys' shirts are solid white or light blue dress shirts or collared white or light blue knit shirts with no logos.  Shirts must always be tucked in.

*  Solid navy blue dress slacks are required for boys.  Slacks with belt loops require a black, brown, or navy blue dress belt.

*  Socks are navy blue, black, or white.  They must cover the ankle.  No low-cut sport socks, please!!  Socks are worn every day, including Casual Days.

*  The gym uniform is worn only on the assigned gym day.  Soft soled black or white tennis shoes, solid white t-shirt or the St. Mary's white t-shirt with the knight logo purchased through the Spirit Shop, and navy blue athletic shorts with no stripes or logos that must be mid-thigh to knee length are worn through October 31.  From October 31 to March 31 navy blue sweatpants with no logo other than the St. Mary School logo must be worn to school.  Middle School students may wear shorts under the sweats for gym class.  Sweatshirts that are solid navy blue or white with no logos or sweatshirts with the St. Mary knight logo may also be worn.

     Sixth grade girls cannot wear make-up.  7 & 8 girls may wear make-up that is not excessive.  No fingernail polish, please.  Excessive jewelry and dangling or hoop-style earrings are also not allowed.  One earring in each lobe, please!  Sorry, guys!  No earrings are to be worn to school!  Hair accessory items are navy blue, black, or white.  Hair coloring is not permitted.  If you have changed your hair coloring in any way during the summer, you must have it back to its natural color by 9/8/09!  Boys'hair is of an appropriate length that is not in the eyes or below the top of the shirt collar.
