Science class has been exciting with hands-on approach to mealworms and real worms.  The children loved it!  They are learning about TRAITS in animals and are beginning to compare them with another.  Vocabulary cards will be made for each lesson (a good tool for studying).

After our brief study of invertebrates we will be doing extesive exploration of traits of vertibrates.

Of course, this is lots of fun for your student.
