http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/photostory/default.mspx  Windows Photo Story 3. It is a free download. It allows you to create slideshows that look more like a video. You can add speech, music, transitions, captions, and text. You can edit pictures.

http://community.teqsmart.org/news.php Tequipment's educator resource center. You do have to register with a username, password and email address. However, the site is free. It has lots of templates and SmartBoard lessons already made.

http://animoto.com/  Another site to make slideshows with your pictures, video clips, and music. They will look more like a video when you are finished. It is a free download.

http://www.booktrailersforreaders.com/  This is a great alternative to book reports! You can use Photo Story or Animoto to do these. Site gives samples and directions on how to get started.

http://pics4learning.com/ Pics4Learning is a copyright friendly image library for teachers and students. Permission has been granted to use all the donated images.

http://internet4classrooms.com/ Click on Grade Level Help for PreK through 8th Grade. Great links to help students practice at home or in school the skills they are learning.
