Dear First Grade Families,

As part of their everyday homework the students are required to practice their sight words and read out loud for at least 10 minutes. Children will also be recording what they have read throughout the week on their reading log. Reading EVERYDAY is beneficial to your child's success in first grade. I would appreciate if you could remind your child to put their first and last name on their homework. Remember to check that all sides of the homework pages are completed including bonus boxes. Neatness counts!
