Fourth Grade A New Beginning

I am now entering my fifth year teaching fourth grade here at Topock Elementary.  As hectic as fourth grade can sometimes be, I truly enjoy every minute of it.  My students make me laugh on a daily basis.  It's always a treat to see what the day will have in store for me.

I live in Needles, CA with my husband Shane, our three children Jared, Sari, and our newest addition, Casey, as well as our dogs Gina and Copper.  In my spare time I enjoy being outside hiking, jeeping, or just down at the river with friends and family.  We try and escape to the outdoors whenever we possibly can!

I graduated from Redlands High School in 1994 and attended college at California State University at Long Beach for two years and received my BA in Liberal Studies from California State University at San Bernardino in 1999.  In August of 2009 I received my Masters Degree in Elementary Education with a reading endorsement from Northern Arizona University.  I am currently working on state certification in special education through Northern Arizona University.

I am looking forward to another amazing year with an amazing class.
