Background Information
In this week's activities, we will explore genetics through the use of a virtual breeding simulation. You will be breeding fire-breathing dragons. After you have completed the simulation we will be checking our understanding by completing a review of the simulation using Class Blogmeister.
Activity One:
- Click on the link to the Dragon Genetics Simulation below.
- Click to enter the lab.
- Follow all the directions you find there until you complete the exercise. (Relax if you don't get it the first time, this may take a few days to complete and a few more days to fully understand.)
Activity Two:
- Click on the link to our class blog in Class Blogmeister.
- Complete an Internet Activity Review as before.
- Make sure you give your new blog entry a new title: "GHGL's Review of the Dragon Genetics Simulation.
