Caldecott Awards - It is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children (a division of the American Library Association) to the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children.

Newbery Medal - It is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children (a division of the American Library Association) to the author of the most distinguished contribution to American literature for children.

Wilder Award - The award honors an author or an illustrator whose book, published in the United States, has made, over a period of years, a substantial and lasting contribution to literature for children.

Michael L. Printz Award - The Michael L. Printz Award is an award for a book that exemplifies literary excellence in young adult literature.

Massachusetts Children's Book Award - New updated list for 2009.

Children's Book Council - The Children's Book Council, Inc. is the nonprofit trade association of publishers and packagers of trade books and related materials for children and young adults. It has great lists.
