Happy Fall to all! Like our students at Meadow Brook, each changing leaf is unique and special.

We will continue to go outside for recess when possible. Please remember to send your child with the appropriate  clothing. Students who wish to play on the playscape should be wearing sneakers or shoes that tie or buckle. Flip flops present a safety concern on the climbing pieces. 

Our lost and found pile has already begun. Please help us to help you by having labels on all items, especially lunch bags and jackets.

*NEW: Our school lunch now costs $1.50. Milk costs .40.

Please remember that students may not purchase lunch tickets here at school.  Because our students are so young, we ask that parents purchase tickets from 11:00-11:15 in our school cafeteria.  As always, the school lunch office (located at the high school) sells tickets all day for your convenience.  

We will be selling ice cream each Friday for .50 cents starting in October. This is very exciting for our students and they love to participate. If they have outstanding borrowed lunch money then we ask that they repay before purchasing ice cream.

10/6- Book Fair all week

10/6 and 10/7 Open house 6:30-7:30

10/13 NO SCHOOL Columbus Day

10/15 Half day  Dismissal at 12:20 for  Parent teacher conferences NO AM/PM Prek , Readiness, or ASD program or  Half Day K.

10/16 School Council meeting at 4:00 at Meadow Brook

10/21 Wild Magic for Non-believers- special program for our classrooms.

10/23 & 10/24 SCHOOL PICTURE DAYS

Please remember to help students keep all toys, pokeman cards, etc, at home. They are not allowed at school and we can not be responsible if something happens to an item.
