If a computer is available, Intermediate students are encouraged to practice keyboarding at home, Parents, please remind your child to use the home row keys. Quizzes over home row keys and phrases will be given orally. Students will also fill in a blank keyboard with the correct letters and label the home row and space bar.
There are several keyboarding activities on our Links that will provide practice for students. Parents, you may have fun trying some of them yourself!
