Parents and Students,

Our district has adopted STORYTOWN as our a new  reading series. This comprehensive series gives us ample materials and resources so that we can meet of all our students needs no matter what their reading level. We will begin with our first story starting Monday, August 25th.  I am excited to begin the school year with such an amazing program.

Each week our class will cover  new stories that will be read several times throughout the week. Please read to or with your child every night. This will help foster fluency and comprehension skills.  In the "My Resources" section of our class website you will find a link from STORYTOWN for parents. Please use this link as an excellent resource to help your child with his/her reading skills.
