#1 Take your time. Making too many changes at once can feel overwhelming, and cause burnout. Remember, in many cases, greening your lifestyle is a process of unlearning old habits.
#2 Put a recycling container beside your trash can. The more convenient it is, the more likely you are to use it. (Eventually, you may find you're recycling more material than you're throwing away.)
#3 Save your receipts. The backs of receipts are perfect for writing shopping lists, or to-do lists.
