This class has a website @realidades.com with lessons for additional practice. The preliminary unit covers the first six weeks and includes: Greetings, Commands and Classroom objects, Body parts, Numbers and Time, and the Calendar questions. There are three tests (greetings, numbers and time, and calendar) and two quizzes (commands and objects.) There are two projects: the locker and the calendar. There are numerous worksheets. Chapter 1/capítulo 1: Essential question: Who are we? ¿Cómo describir las personas? We learn words for people and to describe them, how to say where you are from and what you like. Grammar: me gusta, infinitives, negatives, definite articles, indefinite articles, adjective agreement in gender and number.
