JPII Band Camp will be held at John Paul II High School August 4-8 from 8:30-11:30 a.m.  Please bring your instrument and a pencil to all rehearsals.  We will work on music for the upcoming football season, cover all rules and procedures regarding all aspects of life in the band program here at JPII.  Dress for all rehearsals is comfortable summer clothes and there will be air conditioning.  All music will be handed out the first day of camp.  Please make sure that you get your instrument out prior to camp to insure it is working properly.  If you need reeds, valve oil, or a lyre please take care of this before camp.  I highly recommend Williamson Music in Plano on Plano Parkway across from Fry’s Electronics or any of the Music and Arts stores located throughout the metroplex.  Please see their website www.musicarts.com for a list of locations.  There will be a Forced Fun extravaganza on Friday, August 8^th in the evening, the location will be decided on Monday at camp.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call Mr. Browning on his cell at 214-662-7836.
