VOICE THREADS! What is a Voice Thread you ask, a Voice Thread is a new technology that allows you to upload PowerPoint files, picture files, movie files and more to the Voice Thread program. Once your files are uploaded, you are able to record commentary by either plain audio or webcam. You can also type in text and use the doodle tool. Students are also allowed to interact with the presentation in the same way as the teacher. Great for collaboration! A Voice Thread subscription is free but I would recommend the educational subscription, which is a small free. This technology can supplement all types of lessons and curriculum projects. I haven't been this excited about a new technology in quite some time. I LOVE VOICE THREAD! Alphabetical Order Voice Thread Designed as part of a beginning unit to teach alphabetical order.
