School World is concerned about the safety and security of order information placed through the classroom store. Accordingly, all transactions filter through a secure domain.

Secure domains consist of a public key and a private key. The public key is used to encrypt information and the private key is used to decipher it. When a browser points to a secure domain, a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL Certificate) handshake authenticates the server and client which establishes an encryption method and unique session key. A secure session will begin that guarantees message privacy and message integrity.

If you have any questions about the security of the classroom store, you can email us at web@schoolworld.com.
