International Children's Digital Library A wonderful resource for literature from all over the World. You can choose books by grade level, country, language. The books are not animated. The books are the complete digitally photographed book...pictures and all. Teachers need to navigate this site for their students at least once. It would be helpful to make a classroom account. | MG

Knowledge Box The Language Art section of the Knowledge Box website has a great phonics movie called "When two vowels go walking" and "Picture book," which allows students to choose the correct picture for a specific word. The rest of the Language Arts section is about folktales. The site was developed by Pearson Learning. The links are free demos of a much larger program for schools.
