Spelling Lists General Information

Spelling words will be given every two weeks.  Students will take a pretest over the words on the first day of the week and the final test will be given on the last day of the week.  (Usually they take place on Mondays and Fridays, but sometimes it doesn't work out that way.) 

The pretest will determine how many words the students will need to study for the final test.

If students misspell more than 10 pretest words, then they will be tested over #1-10.

If students misspell less than10 pretest words, then they will be tested over #1-20.

If students do not miss any of the pretest words, then they will not have to take the final test on Friday.

The prestest will be sent home with students in the middle of the week.  The words written in red were the words that they missed.
