IN THIS LABORATORY, STUDENTS LEARNED HOW TO MEASURE BLOOD PRESSURE AND PULSE RATE.  THEY TESTED THE PULSE RATE UNDER VARIOUS CONDITIONS, INCLUDING STANDING, RECLINING, DURING AND AFTER EXERCISE.

STUDENTS ALSO STUDIED THE BARORECEPTOR REFLEX AND TESTED PULSE RATE UNDER THIS CONDITION AS WELL. 

THE BLOOD PRESSURE AND PULSE RATE WERE ANALYZED AND RELATED TO AN INDEX OF RELATIVE FITNESS.
