2009-2010 AP BIOLOGY STUDENTS

PLEASE REFER TO THE AP BIOLOGY LINK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PAGE FOR THE CHAPTER OUTLINES, CHAPTER QUIZ DUE DATES, AND FREE RESPONSE QUESTIONS.  IN THE NEAR FUTURE I WILL POST THE SYLLABUS WE WILL FOLLOW FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR.  I HOPE YOU ARE ENJOYING YOUR SUMMER, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH ALL OF YOU!

2008-2009 Academic School Year

AP Biology will meet 3rd period.  Our laboratory is scheduled for 2nd period on Wednesday.

Advanced Biology will meet 5th/6th period with laboratories on Monday and Tuesday during 4th period. 

The second section of Advanced Biology will meet 8th period with laboratories on Thursday and Friday during 9th period.

College Prep Biology is scheduled 1st period.

*All students are encouraged to stay 10th period for extra help. 

*Students should be reading and answering questions from the text every night.

*Advanced Biology classes must complete formal lab reports for most experiments we perform in laboratory.  Students will receive a grade deduction of 5 points/day for every day the report is handed in late.  They are always due one week from the day we finish the experiment.

*Tests and quizzes must be taken within one week of the original test date (for any student absent for a given test or quiz).

*Homework/Classwork must be handed in on time.  No assignments are accepted late.
