Friday's Science Fair

Congratulations to all of you who participated in this year's Science Fair. I'm extremely proud of all of you! Further congratulations to Mohanad Elchouemi and Imaad Thakur who will both proceed to the Regionals next month, ISA.

It is important for each of you to feel a great sense of accomplishment. Your presentations were well planned and executed. I was very happy to see that you learned a great deal about your topics and that you were able to share your knowledge with us.

In spite of your hard work, you must understand that not everyone could 'place'. I witnessed the disappointment that many of you felt and I'm sorry for that. Please take it as a life lesson. As you continue your lives and your educational pursuits, there will be both great successes and some disappointments. Qadr-Allah. Do your very best in whatever you do, and leave the rest to Allah (SWT).

I'd like to extend a big thanks to all parents as well. May you each be rewarded by Allah (SWT) for your support throughout this endeavor.
