Islamic Fair

Third grade students, along with other APA students from grades 4 - 12, are eagerly working on their Islamic Fair projects, due to be presented next Tuesday, May 22, 2012 beginning at 9:00 a.m. I've personally witnessed some valuable, information-filled boards regarding Islamic history. 

Theater Action Project

Storytelling sessions with the Theater Action Project (TAP) have reached their sixth week (how time flies). We benefited from this endeavor by tapping into our imagination, critical thinking with a fun twist, and problem solving as we contemplated the plot of two interesting stories - 'The Woman Who Outshone the Sun' and 'The Big Bad Pig and the Three Little Wolves'.
