We are here to serve the educational needs of the community through our preschool in Rose Hill, Kansas and to support the important endeavors of parents and of the local school district by providing a quality educational experience for young children before they enter the kindergarten school setting.  We believe that our students will enter school with confidence and required skills that will enhance their future school experiences as they build upon their successful foundation started in their preschool environment which can, in turn, have a positive impact on their life experiences.

Our curriculum has proven successful as well as fun and since it is a cross curriculum, it covers age appropriate skills in reading; writing; language; math; science; social studies; art; music; nature; character as well as social, emotional and physical development.

The name "happy hearts" was chosen because we want to ensure happiness and success for all of the  graduates of our preschool in the hope that as they grow, they will share their joy and success and therefore make a positive impact on their generation and generations to come.

I have extensive teaching experience in both public and private educational settings including preschool, prekindergarten and kindergarten through eighth grade. My Master's Degree in Education was received from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KS.
