Using the sample above, you can see that on the first line you will write your student # first (your homeroom teacher will assign this to you). Circle the homeroom number. Then write your name (first and last) in cursive. Then add your homeroom number. On the second line write the date. On the third line write the subject (in cursive) and the page number. PERFECT!!!!
