Dear Parents,

Welcome back!  The new year is upon us and I hope everyone has a restful break.

We will be working very hard in the 4th grade in 2012.  We will end and  test our multiplication chapter and begin division!  Please review with your child basic division facts so when we start the chapter they will have an easy recall.

Our reading groups will continue using the centers approach and will finish our novels within the month.  The children are really enjoying this method of learning.  If they have not yet told you about it, ask them to explain how it works.

We will have our Nov.,Dec.,Jan. birthday party on January 6th. 

As always thank you for all the class gifts and all you do for our class and St. Peter's Catholic School.
