Biology 1

Ladies and gentlemen, you are about to embark on an excellent adventure known as Biology class.

What does every person alive have in common? Although in the future this may change, at present time we all spend our time living on the same planet, the unique and wonderful planet Earth. Sharing this common bond, it is imperative that we respect, understand, and care for ourselves as well as all other organisms and resources on our planet.

This class will help you better understand the structures and process that keep us and other living things alive and functioning. You will also study the ways living and nonliving things rely on and affect one another so that we can make sure that Earth remains a home for future generations of all organisms.
