Rules

Our classroom rules follow our schoolwide rules, and they are listed below.

Follow the Four:
1. Be straight, still, and silent in the hall.

2. Treat others with respect.

3. Follow adult directions the first time they are given.

4. Keep your hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

 

Consequences:
1st Offense - Warning
2nd Offense - Child flips their smiley face to one X (Lose 5 min. of recess)
3rd Offense - 2 X's (Lose half of recess)
4th Offense - 3 X's (Lose all of recess and a sheet goes home that needs to be signed and returned that lists the child's behavior offenses)

***Severe infractions will result in a conduct referral and addressed by the principal.

Positive Behavior:
I have a jar placed in our room, and when I see any type of positive behavior, I place a superball in the jar.  When the jar is filled, we will have some sort of congratulatory celebration.

• I will never take superballs away from their jar after they have earned them.
