Grading Rules

 Students in my class receive a grade of  "S" if they are making satisfactory progress,and are either at grade level or are very close to achieving their grade level.  Students receive an "N" if they are not yet at grade level, but are making progress toward that goal. The "N" means that they still need to improve.  Students who are not making an effort to increase their reading level and are not displaying good behavior will receive a grade of "U".
