11 Questions & Mind Map

11 Questions - to print a copy, click on the file below.

Mind Map - this is a collage on blank white paper.  You should have 20 separate illustrations that represent your answers to "11 Questions."  Each question should be represented on your collage, some more than once.  Three of your 20 illustrations can be words (for example a genre or book title).  Once completed, add color.
