Judith Rudd

Judith is thrilled to be back at St. Francis as a second grade teacher. Judith attended St. Francis from Kindergarten through 8th grade. She went on to graduate from St. Francis High School and Kenyon College. After returning from college, Judith spent some time at St. Francis observing her sister, Annette Rudd, teach kindergarten. She knew immediately that teaching was also the career for her.

Judith obtained a Master’s degree in teaching from Spalding University while also working at Second Presbyterian Weekday School with four year-olds and kindergartners. She spent the past six years teaching first grade at Louisville Collegiate School.

Judith loves working with children and hopes to give her second graders the same positive experience she had during her years at St. Francis. Judith feels so lucky to be part of the St. Francis community.

Outside of school you can usually find Judith with her dog, Henry. She also enjoys running, reading and spending time with her family and her husband, Blaine.
