Fall Sports

Sign ups for fall sports (2009) will begin on June 1st. All students must sign up in the health office and be on an approved list from the Goff Health Office prior to participation in any practices. If you have gone to your own family physician for a sports physical you will need to bring in your sports physical form the day of your review. If you have questions, please contact the CHS Athletic Department at 207-2080.

A schedule of the required health review for each sport is available in the Goff Health Office.
