Spelling tests will begin later in the year. The spelling tests are review for sight words and word families that we have already learned. They will be comprised of 5 sight words plus 5 words that end in word family keys.
Weekly challenge words are available for those students who would like to try them. It is up to your child whether or not they would like to study them for the test. The challenge words will be related to the math, science or social studies unit that we are studying that week.
