Classroom Rules

 

Rules:

1. Treat everyone with respect.
2. Keep hands and feet to yourself.
3. Listen carefully and follow directions the first time they are given.
4. Always try your best.
5. Always be prepared for class and ready to learn.
6. I will not interfere with the teacher teaching ad others learning.

Consequences:

1st- verbal warning

2nd- second verbal reminder, lose 5 minutes of recess

3rd- loss of recess, fill out Reminder Binder, note sent home to parents

4th- Sent to principal's office, pink slip possible

Rewards

Star Student- must have homework completed and agenda signed each night for the month. If student meets both criteria, they are awarded Star Student!!

Marble Jar Party- If the class behaves appropriately during centers, a small handful of marbles are placed into the jar. Once filled, the class recieves a Marble Jar Party!

Class coupons- Each Friday, I randomly choose 3 names from the coupon jar to win: a chance to sit at the teacher's desk, pick from the snack jar, or sit next to a friend. To be considered for the coupons, the student must have remained on the green behavior card for the week. 

   Basketball Hoop- Every Friday, all students that have remained on the green behavior card for the week get 1 chance to make a shot in the basketball hoop. The winner gets to pick out of the prize jar.
