About Mrs. Rogers

This is my 19th year teaching.  I have taught second, third, fourth, and fifth grades.

I received my B.S. from Florida State University, and I am a huge Seminole Fan!  In 2001, I received my MEd from National Louis University.  My current areas of certification include Elementary Education, ESOL, and Gifted Education.

There are 14 members of my family who are teachers, including my dad who teaches at Sarasota High School and my sister who teaches at Lakeview.

My husband and I have been married for 14 years.  He is from Canada and became a U.S. citizen in February 2009.

In 2007, we welcomed our daughter, Katie Ann who runs the show!

In my spare time, I like to read, travel, work on the computer, and go to Disney.
