  End of Quarter Reminder: Inmportant Notice Below

Please take a few minutes to check your average.  As I told you in class, my grades close on Monday.  There are a number of students who have missing work hanging out there.  It is your responsibility to complete your work as assigned.  Also there are a number of students who do not have Bacteria Wanted Poster Grades.  This is because you did not put your names on the front of the posters as required.  Please look through the photos below and e-mail if you recognize your own work.  Thanks.

 

There will be NO HW Club for the week of November 9th.  I have a few logistical things to work out.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

For those of you wondering what HW club is, it is a casual hour in which my room is open to any middle school student to work on HW.  Many students choose to use this time for extra help in science, but you can bring any HW you like.  The only condition, it is working time.  If you are goofing around then you will be invited to leave.

This feature allows my wonderful students and their families to monitor their progress in my class.  Look for the FamilyLink icon in the navigation bar to the left. 

FamilyLink information has been sent home with your child. Please store these in a safe place as they are needed to access both the FamilyLink section of the site and also the practice tests/quizzes that I post.  On the cards you will also notice that I posted the passwords for our online text and also for quizlet.

Note to Parents/Guardians:  If your child does not share this information with you, please send me an e-mail request and I will be happy to provide you with the information.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
