Birthdays are special days that come only once a year so we try to make them as special as possible in our classroom. For a child's birthday we will....
Sing the Birthday Song to them
Present them with a special Birthday eraser and pencil
Let them choose helpers to pass out their Birthday treats
Present them with the Birthday Literacy Kit to take home for the week
Families are welcome to send in birthday treats (cupcakes, cookies, etc.) for a child's birthday. Please check the T.E.A.M Binder to see our class roster for the total number of students in our classroom or view our team roster. If you send in a treat, please make sure it is cut and ready to serve. We do not have utensils for cutting in our classroom. If you would like to join your child for lunch on his/her birthday, please feel free to do so!
