2006 VOICE Award Ceremony

Kim Joseph-Voss received a VOICE parent leadership award for her tireless efforts with VOICE, her leadership around special needs awareness, and participating in key committees like SKYE.  

Yolanda Szabatura received a VOICE parent leadership award for her deep commitment to VOICE, strong advocacy skills, and deep subject matter expertise in special education programs, rules, and regulations.

Don O'Brien received our VOICE parent tenure award for his continual support over a multi-year period. 

Kristin Swann received a VOICE support award for sponsorship and support within the district.  Kristin attended our planning meeting in the fall and helped us structure the state assessment update which provided an informative update of the state of our special education programs to parents.  We also appreciate her leadership around the benefits of inclusion and recognition of the gifts that all our children bring to our growing community.
