Each week a "Top Dog" is picked to represent the class. Students get to be Top Dog by following the Lawton Laws. I also look for students who make good choices and do their homework.
If a student is not in my Language Arts or Math class, they can still be Top Dog by getting a good report from their respective teachers.
Top Dog's are rewarded with a certificate and a trophy to keep on their desk for the week! Look for the second grade Top Dogs in our newsletter.
