FIELD TRIP

HOORAY!! We're going on our FIRST field trip on Friday, November 6, from 8:30 to 10:30am. We will be going to Albertsons Grocery Store on Waring Road! This field trip goes along with what we're learning in health class. We should have an amazing time AND learn a lot at the same time! Permission forms and chaperone information went home on Wednesday, Oct. 21. If you need a new flyer, please let me know.

Family Art Night

Where: Hearst Auditorium

When: November 4th from 6:30 - 7:30 pm

What: Spend an evening creating a masterpiece with your child. Choose from three different projects: Monet Bridge, Manet Flowers or Eric Carle Collage!

Now What: Sign up sheets went home Friday, October 16th and MUST be returned by October 23rd!!!!

Book and Software Orders

This month's book and software orders are due on Friday, November 13th. If you would like to order books/software as holiday gifts, please send your order in an envelope along with a little note. I will make sure I hand the orders to you privately once they have arrived. You are welcome to place you orders on-line, just click on "Software Orders" in the main menu.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher conferences will be held from Monday, November 16 to Friday, November 20. Students will be dismissed at 12:30pm on

each day. Parents will be receiving a letter shortly with more details and the time/day of your conference. If the scheduled time doesn't work for you, just send me an email and we'll rescedule.

Jan Brett is our Author of the Month. She's an amazing author and a wonderful illustrator! Her book are beautiful to look at and fun to read!! Do you know what odd pet Jan has at home?
