heat- a  kind of energy that makes things warm

light- a kind of energy that you can see

sound- a kind of energy that you can hear

volume- how loud or soft a sound is

Energy is something that can cause change or do work.

Heat is a form of energy that can make things warm. Heat can affect solids,liquids and gases differently.

Light is a form of energy that you can see. Light can pass through some things but not others.

Sound is made when something vibrates. Changing the vibration of an object affects the sound it produces.
