Homework will be assigned Monday through Thursday of each week. Please check your child's agenda book/white binder daily for any homework assignments and weekly spelling words. We will have a spelling test every Friday over our words. Also in the agenda book will be a "Books Read at Home" sheet for the students to record their 20 minutes of nightly reading. I strongly encourage my students to read their Accelerated Readers books for their nightly reading.
Every weekend, I will post the "Herrin's Happenings" newsletter. All Curriculum Highlights, Upcoming Tests, etc... will be listed in this newsletter as well as other invaluable class information. Please let me know if you cannot access our webpage. I want all of my families to stay informed of what we are doing at school.
