HOMEWORK-
Each Monday an overview for the week will be sent home. This overview should remain in the take home folder. It will be collected on Friday.
SPELLING:Our spelling list will be located in our Word Work Notebook. Each week we will focus on a spelling pattern and sight words. Some words may be repeated throughout the year(if needed). During the week we will also practice phonics in our Word Work Notebooks.
Monday night-write words three times
Tuesday night-choose ten words and put in ABC order
Wednesday night-write each spelling word in a sentence
Thursday night-study for test
MATH:Homework will be sent home every night (except Fridays, day before a break and the day of the test) . Usually Monday night through Thursday night. This will be a worksheet from our math series. It is due the next day and will be reviewed before the start of the next day's math lesson.
