Algebra 2 & Trig
Periods 1 and 9 |

- This is the last of the three NYS Regents courses. In this course you will study topics that include advanced algebra, trigonometry, sequences and series, regression analysis, complex numbers, functions, circles, logarithms, probability and statistics.
- This course will require you to know and understand all of the topics studied in Algebra I, and some of the topics studied in Geometry. As I will say often through the school year, "I AM ALLOWED TO ASSUME THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS." "This" refers to any topic that has been studied in previous years.
- Some of you may have been able to get good grades in your previous math courses with little or no studying, and very little review before an exam. This will NOT be the case for this course. Everyone is going to have to put in extra effort and hard work in order to receive the grades that you want.
