Dear Families. We’re going to have a wonderful year. Your child is going to grow and learn so much, both in school and at home. A study* cited by the International Reading Association shows that having books at home really helps your child succeed in school. That’s why our class uses Scholastic’s Book Club. Scholastic offers just-right books for your child, chosen by experts to support our work in the classroom. The prices here are lower than you’ll find anywhere else. Plus, our Scholastic order earns Bonus Points that can be redeemed for FREE books and learning materials for our class. (your check should be made out to Scholastic Book Clubs) There’s also another convenient way for you to place your Book Club orders—online. You pay by credit card, so there’s no need to write a check or send cash to school. You can order anytime right up until the online order due date, and you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order. The site is private and secure.
