Mapping the World Project: We will be working on an in-class project were you will create a hand-drawn map of the world. If you are absent, please see the make-up assingment on the Projects page. Current Events Journal: You should have 6-7 article summaries completed by the Winter Break. Remember, this is a project grade. All 8 article summaries will be collected on Tuesday, 6 January 2009. ATTENTION: IF YOU WERE ABSENT TUESDAY, PLEASE USE THE LINKED POWERPOINT AND GRAPHIC ORGANIZER TO PREPARE FOR YOU ESSAY TEST TOMORROW.
Many of you did well on the last quiz. However, if you are one of those who didn't, consider retaking the quiz. Also, if you were not in class on Wednesday (11/26), consider taking the quiz before progress reports are distributed. Progress Reports will be distributed the first week of December. That's just after Thanksgiving Break. It's now time to start getting in late work, especially if you are missing a project. You may also want to retake a quiz. It can only help your grade.
