Mr. Jamie Trescavage enters his seventh full school year as the Sophomore Language Arts teacher at Riverside Jr.-Sr. High School.  He previously held a long-term substitute position as an 8th grade Language Arts teacher.

A lifelong resident of Moosic, Mr. Trescavage graduated from Riverside in 1997.  He then attended the University of Scranton, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Language Arts and a minor in History in 2001.  Recently, he received a Master's Degree from Wilkes University in Classroom Technology.

In addition to working with Riverside students in the classroom, Mr. Trescavage also dedicates his time and energy to Riverside athletics.  Last spring, he spent his third full season as an assistant coach of the Vikings varsity baseball team.  He previously held the position of volunteer coach/scorekeeper for two years and Junior Varsity coach for one.
