• SUMMER READING TEST ANNOUNCEMENT!  Ok Guinea pigs, I'm trying something new this year.  Rather than me give you an essay question based on information we haven't truly discussed in class, I want YOU to develop your question.  Basically, I want you to prove something, anything about the books that you read this summer--i.e., the villain was evil because he had "mommy issues".  I'll grading based on how well you know the material, develop an answer to your question (called a thesis statement), and your ability to express it neatly and clearly in words.  We will talk about the books and I can help you formulate your questions, but I want to see what kind of writers I have in my class this year!  Any questions?  You can email me!
