Steps

1.  Change all numbers to improper fractions. You should only have fractions at this point, no whole numbers.

2.  Flip the second fraction only, the first one remains the same.

3. Change the divison sign to a multiplication sign.

4.  Cross - reduce, if possible.

5.  Multiply the numerators.

6. Multiply the denominators.

7. Reduce.
